KINGDOM OF ROSEHAVEN DRAFT CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES v0.1 NOT SIGNED OR ADOPTED 5 November 2026 NATURE AND PURPOSE Rosehaven is proposed as a private, hereditary, constitutional and non-sovereign ceremonial institution. Its arrangements would govern only its own voluntary institutional life. They do not create state authority, citizenship, territorial sovereignty or legally recognised nobility. THE FOUNDING CROWN Krisanna I is the Proposed Founding Sovereign. The intended ceremonial style is Her Majesty Queen Krisanna I, Founding Sovereign and First Reigning Monarch, effective only following formal signature and adoption of the Founding Charter. No adoption date or witnesses have yet been recorded. ORDINARY SUCCESSION — FOUNDING INTENTIONS Kameron is the first designated successor under the proposed framework. His eligible male-line descendants would have priority after him. Domenic and his eligible male-line descendants would follow if Kameron’s eligible line is exhausted or lawfully excluded under an adopted Constitution. These are drafting intentions, not a currently operative succession law. DYNASTIC STYLES AND THE CROWN Children of Kameron and Domenic may receive hereditary ceremonial Prince or Princess styles under the proposed Constitution. A style alone would not confer a right to the Crown. Approved ceremonial dynastic surnames would not constitute legal name changes. MARRIAGE AND CONSORT REQUIREMENTS A Prince would need to meet the marriage and consort requirements set out in the formally adopted Constitution before becoming King. No marriage deadline or additional eligibility condition has been approved here. A reigning King’s spouse may hold the ceremonial style Queen Consort; a surviving widow may hold Dowager Queen, subject to the adopted rules. THE FOUNDING CONSORT Keldyn is proposed as Founding Royal Consort, with the intended style His Majesty King Consort Keldyn. He would have no independent hereditary right to inherit the Crown. An appropriate emeritus consort style would need to be specified in the adopted Constitution if he survives the founding monarch. PRINCESS AUTUMN Autumn is proposed as a member of the Founding Royal Household. Under the current founding intentions she retains her ceremonial dignity but is outside ordinary succession unless the Constitution is formally amended or extraordinary succession provisions apply. REGENCY AND INCAPACITY The final Constitution must define regency procedures for a minor or incapacitated successor: appointment authority, powers, safeguards, review and an end to the regency. No named regent or final procedure is appointed by this drafting note. FORMAL INSTRUMENTS AND APPROVAL A change to the Constitution or succession requires a formally approved instrument, with its signed document, issuing authority, date and archival reference. A profile edit, title, database update or automated calculation cannot itself change succession. HISTORICAL CONTINUITY Adopted instruments must remain distinguishable from drafts and later amendments. Superseded and revoked records retain their references and history. Sensitive originals and private administrative details must remain access-controlled.
