Verification.
The proposed pathway allows for merit-based nominations, elections where authorised, royal appointments and signed letters patent. Public names, issuing authority, dates, terms and verification references must be recorded.
Honors are intended to be non-hereditary unless a formal constitutional amendment authorises a specific hereditary grant. Revocation or supersession must be recorded without erasing the prior entry.
